Good news! Recent federal legislation now allows you to accept checks by phone, fax, email, or from a form on your web site, and Credit Card Processing Services has the software to perform this task at a very reasonable cost. It allows you to take check information from your customer, enter it in the software, print a check and deposit it in your bank.

What this means for you is no more lost impulse sales, no more losing customers who don't have a credit card and no more waiting for the elusive "Check in the Mail!" It means more income for your business and faster delivery of your products and services to your customers.

This program is extremely easy to use. When you place your order we will send you your CheckMAN CD. Simply install it on your PC in less than 10 minutes. It will prompt you to enter your company information and then you will print out a registration and order form for your initial order of blank check paper. Simply fax it in and you will receive your activation password and your check paper will be sent right out to you via Priority Mail.

The standard program is perfect for most small to medium businesses. However, some of our customers prefer to have advanced features and you can optionally upgrade to the Pro version at the time you activate your software for a nominal fee.

Here is How CheckMAN Works

First you need to collect your customer/client's checking account information and authorization to draft their account. You can do this in several ways … By an online WebForm, have them fax you a copy of their check, or use one of the Phone Check Templates provided, or simply take their checking information over the phone. They are giving you their authorization by submitting this information to you.

Next, you enter this information into your CheckMAN program on your computer. Now you can either print it out immediately, or save it, and print it out later with the rest of the batch.

Finally, you take this check "draft" to your bank and deposit it just as if the check was mailed to you.

It really is that simple!
